Great late night special. Like the new bartender

I meet with friends this nice place from time to time! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go there frequently. The food is very tasty, the workers are welcoming and the payment is reasonable. I like going in this spot over a nice lunch.

I've gone here twice now, and hated it both times. The food is not even good, tastes like something you would get at a gas station. The worst part, though, is the service. It took no less than an hour from when we sat down to when we got our food. Our server was not very friendly, and seemed annoyed to be there. Would not recommend going here.P.S. Dust your turkey.

Prices where high and service a little slow for getting food ..

We have been here several times and tried many meals. Fish, steak, burgers and breakfast are all great. The servers are so nice and always smiling. This has become our go to when we want great bar good.

It was COLD! We had to wear are coats the whole meal my kiddos fingers were ice. We were not the only ones complaining about the cold. We were told it wasn't cold enough to light the fireplace, however it was 8 degrees outside! Felt like 55 inside, wind coming in through windows and logs. Will not go back again until summer. Food was ok.

It was super busy Thursday night and I saw the owner wait on customers and assist the cook in the kitchen. Had great service and enjoyed our time with friends. Thank you for such an awesome night and kudos to the owner for stepping in to assist his staff.

The baked cod was really good. The salad was definitely past its prime. We would have ordered the special but weren't informed of any.

Great food. Waitress was a little inexperienced. She never told us her name and we got our drinks right before or food. Refills never came before we were ready to leave. But other that that it was nice

Just a fun local bar. Great bartenders and fun people frequent the bar. Thursdays and Saturdays for the bar, Fridays for dinner.

Good selection of beers on tap. Got there closer to closing time & fired the fryer back up for us. Good peeps & good times.

I don't think they had a bartender there,never sat a a bar with an empty beer in front of me, with money on bar and not get asked or checked to see of I wanted another

Took more than 20 minutes to take our order, then another 20-30 for our food. There was only one other table with people at it. The food was good once we got it.

Great pizza, great service. Clean facility and fair pricing. Would absolutely visit again.

Great, cozy Inn with all kinds of dining options. We love their Bloody Mary bar for brunches, but don't skip out on dinner either. They also have an incredibly stocked beer cooler, so there's something tasty to wash it down with too!

Good service, good burger, good time. Had the mushroom swiss. Good choices of beverage. Plenty of parking for mid-day lunch traffic.

We celebrated a 40th birthday party the black bear and it was dynamite. Staff was accommodating and we enjoyed plenty of service. We would recommend going back again. Cheese curds and potatoe skins were amazing.

Food took over an hour for potato skins, a burger, kids corn dogs, and a BLT. The potato skins and burger were all over done, the skins were not edible. The waitress was very nice, and we weren't charged for the skins. But we won't be going back again.

It was a nice authentic Wisconsin place to have lunch. People at the bar apparently start drinking and getting boisterous early on a Tuesday. Our waitress was very kind but sort of spastic. That was fine, though; much better than inattentive. All in all it was nice place.

Food was ok but the kitchen was extremely unorganized and slow. Our waitress was so frustrated with the kitchen staff that she had to go back and help them. She was the only positive thing that I could ever give 4 stars to !

Had breakfast there. Food was decent. Waitress was good. Would like to stop back to try a burger or sandwich.

I would not recommend this place as I paid 11.99 with chicken for nachos that were as big as a side plate. When asking the bartender if they were bigger she replied with “I don’t know” and did not come back for another 15 minutes. We would of gotten two wraps for the amount of the boneless wings & nachos together. Another friend of ours never got their crab cake and when asked where it was she proceeded to say “ it will be out soon”, he then got it 15 minutes later. Sad to say as we have been there multiple times before and have had no problem. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Friendly staff and cheap drinks with a Northwoods feel!

1st time ordering takeout here after someone on fb said their fish was awesome. Thought well maybe all their food is...WRONG. Undercooked fries to the point they were still cold in the middle and had thatvumcooked taste, my turkey was on plain bread that wasn't even toasted and had no cheese, the burger however was ok but nothing to write home about. Will not be returning. Kind of upset about wasting our money to throw food in the garbage and turn to leftovers in the fridge. Also you get a charged an extra fee for using a credit card on top of the overpriced, less than mediocre quality food. The waitress was nice.

I really like this place! Chili was great, spaghetti had an awesome homemade sauce and meatballs, and their burgers are gigantic. Our waitress, Marilyn, was the best, and she made me the perfect salad as they were about to shut down the salad bar for the night. We may go there every Sunday now that we've tried it.

Kind if a hole in the wall bar. But the food was good. Too bad the road was being worked on outside. They have food late at night. Will go back to try that out.
